Louis Poulsen Introduces Lighting and Scent Collaboration with Elsewhere by Ethan Gaskill
[October 23, 2026] – Louis Poulsen is pleased to introduce its collaboration with Elsewhere, the fragrance brand founded by mutli-hyphenate creative Ethan Gaskill, marking the Danish lighting brand’s first collaboration of this nature. The collaboration will consist of Gaskill’s take on the classic Louis Poulsen VL 45 portable and an accompanying “Radio House” scented candle by Elsewhere.
The VL 45 Radiohus Portable is a portable version of Vilhelm Lauritzen's original pendant, first designed in the 1940s for Copenhagen’s iconic Radiohuset broadcasting house. Gaskill’s take features elegant opal white glass with an aged brass finish, evoking a sense of patina and making the lamp a graceful fit both indoors and outdoors. The accompanying candle evokes the romantic ambience of a music hall, with notes of cedarwood, crushed velvet, and warm static.
